Create a set schedule. Will there be times when you stay late and come early for occasions? Yes. If you work on your off days. There is a premium charge for that.

Policies. Create policies that protect your business and your income. Have clients sign off on an intake form to acknowledge and agree so you can follow through a lot easier.
